Empowerment Through Expertise: Secure Income Paths for Minority Women in Kosovo

On 07.12.2024 as part of the activities of the project “Empowerment Through Expertise: Secure Income Paths for Minority Women in Kosovo,” the Program Director, Mr. Genc Broqi, visited the Beauty Salon SERNA in Gračanica, where he met with the owner of the salon.

During the meeting, they discussed initiating cooperation for training and courses for girls and women from the Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian communities in the fields of Hairdressing, Manicure, and Pedicure. The training will engage eight girls and women from these communities in Gračanica, Lipjan, and Lapnaselo.

This project is funded by the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) and implemented by Roma Versitas Kosovo (RVK).
